Lockdown Sessions with The Blossom Twins

In our latest episode of The Lockdown Sessions, our very own Justin Clapper speaks with this week’s special guests, the TNA British Bootcamp Prospects and Manchester’s own Hannah and Holly, The Blossom Twins.

Facts about The Blossom Twins

• The twins grew up in Stockport, Manchester, where they both became fans of professional wrestling at the age of 12 and admired Matt & Jeff Hardy.

• Both twins began training when they were 15 and debuted in professional wrestling at the age of 16.

• The Blossom Twins name was born back in 2007 when Hannah and Holly were figuring out who they were going to be in the world of professional wrestling. Their trainer thought ‘Blossom’ was a perfect fit for them because it sounded “happy and cute”.

• In 2012, it was announced that The Blossom Twins were to be participants in the Challenge TV reality show TNA Wrestling: British Boot Camp, alongside Rockstar Spud and Marty Scurll as contestants competing for a contract with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling.

• The show began airing on 1st January and ended on 22nd January 2013.

• In the final episode, The Blossom Twins faced Gail Kim and Madison Rayne.

• They were a huge part of the main roster at Ohio Valley Wrestling in Louisville KY.

Years later and after a wrestling career that saw The Twins appear on Sky One’s A League of Their Own, we proudly grapple with The Blossom Twins on The Lockdown Sessions.
