NXT Champion tweets a post-surgery photo

After undergoing neck surgery last Thursday, NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa tweeted a photo Sunday night that shows that he and Goldy (Ciampa’s nickname for his prized title) are on the mend.

Co-opting the #WWEFastlane hashtag to describe his and Goldy’s path to recovery, The Blackheart appears to be wearing a neck brace in the photo. Cradled in his arms is the NXT Championship, which, presumably in a show of unity, is sporting a matching bandage.
