Edge Returns To Action At Royal Rumble

After the doctors told him he would never wrestle again, Adam Copeland (Edge) made a triumphant return to WWE, in the Men’s Royal Rumble Match in Houston, Texas.

Edge’s last match was at WrestleMania 27 back in 2011, against Alberto Del Rio for the World Heavyweight Title.

Edge did make a return last summer at SummerSlam, spearing Elias on the Pre-Show. This sparked rumours that Edge was cleared to return.

Although Edge himself had denied it for months, he did ultimately make his return in the 2020 Royal Rumble Match, and looks set to make for a huge match at WrestleMania 36.
