    Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is essential for any trip and should be in place as soon as you book your Travel Package.

Do not leave Travel Insurance until the last minute, in the unfortunate event that you are too Sick to travel or have a medical emergency or your circumstances change. Without the appropriate insurance in place, your booking can be severely affected.

All medical care is private. If you need treatment in a foreign country it could end up costing a small fortune, which is why worldwide travel insurance is necessary.

Best to have you and your loved ones fully covered and give yourself, peace of mind.
Which medical conditions can affect travel insurance?

If you are travelling and want the peace of mind of being insured, be aware that any medical conditions may affect this.

If you have certain medical issues, many insurers will not cover you for claims related to those conditions or would charge you so much that cover is unaffordable.

If you have had advice or treatment for any of the following conditions, standard travel insurance may not cover you:

    • Heart conditions (including high blood pressure and high cholesterol)
    • Breathing conditions (including asthma)
    • Joint and bone inflammation
    • Gastrointestinal problems
    • Diabetes
    • Chronic illnesses (including cancer)
    • Strokes
    • Epilepsy
    • HIV

The bigger travel insurers that can be found on price comparison websites may not be able to provide affordable cover, though it is always worth checking.

    I have a disability – can I attend?

We are committed to making travel widely accessible, regardless of ability or disability.

We ask that you carefully consider whether you are physically and mentally able to complete the itinerary you have chosen, recognising that on many trips you may be required to carry your own bags and use public transport.

Where we can we will make reasonable adjustments to the operation of our trips to facilitate the requirements of disabled travellers – such as booking ground floor accommodation.

Many travellers with disabilities have been able to enjoy our trips by travelling with a friend or companion who can assist with specific needs.

Please Note: Accessible Seating can not be guaranteed by Wrestling Travel, wherever possible we will strive to support your Accessible Request.

Can I bring my child and will they need a ticket?

If you’re thinking about taking your little ones with you, here’s some information to take into account. There are sometimes age restrictions that won’t allow children under a certain age into an event, so please check this before buying a Travel Package containing Live Event Tickets. Unless we specifically say otherwise, your children will need their own ticket, even if they’ll be sitting on your knee.

    • Children aged 0-18 months: Very few shows, if any, are aimed at this age group.
    • 18 month – 5 years: We wouldn’t recommend taking children this young, but unless there’s a specific age restriction set by the venue or event organisers, this is completely up to you.
    • 5 years and over: It’s important to remember that a live show might be very different from what you see on TV.

So even if your little ones like the TV show, the live act might not be appropriate. Noise levels may also not be suitable for young children.

Please remember if your children aren’t used to this type of atmosphere, it may not be an enjoyable experience for them.

How old do I have to be to purchase a package?

Each Travel Package will contain the main traveller that will be the primary contact for the group. As the main traveller, you represent that you have the legal authority and capacity to enter into the Agreement and that you are age 18 or older. Anyone under that age will need a Parent or Guardian to accompany them during the trip.

What is an ESTA and why do I need it?

ESTA is an automated system that determines the eligibility of visitors to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). Authorization via ESTA does not determine whether a traveller is admissible to the United States

    Who You Are:

    • You are a citizen or eligible national of a Visa Waiver Program country.
    • You are currently not in possession of a visitor’s visa.
    • Your travel is for 90 days or less.
    • You plan to travel to the United States for business or pleasure.
    • You want to apply for a new authorization for one person or a group of applications for two or more persons.

    What You Need:

    • Valid passport from a Visa Waiver Program country
    • Valid credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover (JCB, Diners Club)) or PayPal to pay the US $14 per application.
    • Your contact information.
    • Your most recent employment information, if applicable.

You can apply for an ESTA by visiting:

    https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/application.html?execution=e1s1

    12/02/2019: UPDATED NOTICE

The US Government has made a significant change to their Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) which is applicable with immediate effect.

    What has changed?

    • There are no more instant approvals for ESTA applications.
    • The ESTA approvals will now take three days to process (72 hours).
    • What does this mean for travellers to the USA who require ESTA authorization*?
    • They will no longer be able to get the ESTA application approved in real time.
    • They will be denied boarding if they do not have a previously approved ESTA authorisation.

What do you need to do?

For your forthcoming travel to the USA*, apply for ESTA as early as possible and no later than 72 hours before departure.

Useful links to get more information or to apply for ESTA.

To apply for ESTA complete an online pre-registration form on Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) You can get more information about ESTA at U.S. Customs and Border Protection ESTA Frequently Asked Questions, Foreign and Commonwealth Office

*Check if you require an ESTA here: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/

What happens if my ESTA Application is denied?

If a traveller is denied ESTA authorization and his or her circumstances have not changed, a new application will also be denied. A traveller who is not eligible for ESTA is not eligible for travel under the Visa Waiver Program and should apply for a nonimmigrant visa at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate.

Reapplying with false information in order to qualify for a travel authorization will make the traveller permanently ineligible for travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program.

Please Note: Wrestling Travel is not responsible for any outcome made during an ESTA Application by a Passenger.

When can I check-in online, to choose my Seats and get my Boarding Pass?

Online check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure time and closes two hours before.

It means you can get your boarding pass in advance and make your way through the airport that little bit quicker.

Check-in times may vary depending on your assigned Airline Carrier.

Wrestling Travel is not responsible for the printing of any Boarding Passes or any other paperwork a Passenger might require for travel.

What are my main duties as a Traveller?
    • Checking for any timetable changes for both the outward and homeward journeys. Sometime airlines may change their times and it is your responsibility to stay updated.
    • Check that all the information on your booking is accurate. If anything is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.
    • Bring a valid passport and any visa/transit visa that you may have when you travel.
    • Make sure you know about the exact luggage terms both for hand luggage and checked luggage directly from the relevant airline.
What if I miss my flight?

We would like to emphasise that it the Traveller’s sole responsibility to ensure that they allow themselves enough time to get to the airport and check-in. Upon occasion, a Passenger can Check In, early depending on which airline will host your flight.

As the soul responsibility lays with the passenger, in the event of missing the flight, the Passenger must seek help from the Airline. Wrestling Travel, will not accept any responsibility for lateness or any cancellation from Airline Operators.

Baggage Allowance is dependant on the airline which you have been allocated.
